The full name of Rajguru was Shivram Hari Rajguru. He was born on 1906 in a brahmin family at Pune. He was also known as Raghunath. He learn sanskrit at his very early age at Varanasi and mostly reads at Lokmanya Tilak Library. During his learning he came to contact with with revolutionaries and also joined the Hindustan Socialist Republican Army. After joining this army he bacame very close to Chandrashekhar Azad, Sardar Patel. Rajguru was also a very good shooter.
He also took part in revolutionaries actions. On October 30 1928 when Lala Lajpat Rai concluded a prtest against Simon Commission, created by Britishers under Sir John Simon.  The police also reacted against this and one of the policeman killed Lalaji and he died on 17 November 1928.
Then to take revenge of Lalaji, Bhagat singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru lead a mission for the death of that police officer and killed him on 17 December 1928. After that he left Bhagat singh and moved underground in Nagpur. There he met with Dr. K.B.Hedgewar and hide in a RSS worker house. After somedays he moved to Pune again. He got arrested on 30 september 1929 and a case was started by government against 16 persons including Rajguru. All were awarded as imprisonment on 7 October 1930 and also processions and representations were made for their deaths. Mahatama Gandhi and various other leaders tried to protect them but after lots of tried they failed and finally Rajguru was hanged in Lahore jail on 23 March 1931 along with his two mates and after that got burnt under the supervision of policemen. Sadly Rajguru was only of 23 years old when he died. The whole country got admired by the sacrifice of this young revolutionaries and the sacrifices of such a brave youngmen. We truly salutes our this brave freedom fighter who thought only for his country and left all about himself behind. He only lived for his country and finally accept the death happily during his fight against the British rulers.
