Bhimrao Ambedkar also known as Babasaheb Ambedkar. He plays a vital role as an artitect in Indian Constitution.He was also a good politician. His main role was in eradicate the caste discrimination and untouchability. He also continously fought against the rights of lower caste peoples. In Jawaharlal Nahru cabinet he was also appointed as nation first law minister.
He was 14 child of his father Ramji and mother Bhimabai Sakpal. The father of Bhimrao Ambedkar was a subedar in Mhow cantonment, Madhya Pradesh.

His father got retired in 1894 and he moved to satara with his parents. After sometimes his mother died and his father married again and the again he with his parents moved to mumbai. there in mumbai in 1908 Ambedkar passed his matric.
Throughout his life Ambedker was a true victim of caste discrimination and they were treated as untouchable by other caste. At that time in school the lower caste students  were also studying seperately from upper caste students. Lower caste students always told to sit outside of the classroom. These type of discrimination was everywhere he went in india.

After some years in 1908 he got the opportunity to continue his studies in Elphinstone College.
Finally he gratuated in 1912 from Bombay university. Later for higher studies he went to America and after returning to India He decided to protest against the caste discrimination. He concluded the concept the reservation for lower caste peoples and dalit group. He also launced a newspaper named mooknayaka.
He founded Independent Labour party in 1936 and won 16 seats in the election of Central lagislative in 1937. Ambedkar then converted his group into All India Scheduled Caste Federation.
He was later also became the chairman of constitution drafting committee.
Ambedkar moved to Sri Lanka In 1950  in order to join a Buddhist scholars and monks convention. Returning back he wrote a book on Buddhism, adopted the Buddhism culture. In 1955 Ambedkar was became the founder of Bharatiya Bauddha Mahasabha . His one of a famous book The Buddha and His Dhamma also  got published.
Later in 1954 he was suffering from some health problems such as diabetes. Later on December 6, 1956 he died in Delhi.
He was also awarded by Bharat Ratna in 1990 which is considered as the most proud and prestigeous award of India.
